Based on the Editing Checklist criteria we agree on in Step 3 (see How We Work Together), I look out for ALL levels of editing needed in every pass.
 

Of course, logically some things can’t be done at the same time. For example, polishing up nuances in sentence structure and punctuation will be wasted effort in areas where I’m reworking the structure first. I’d do the polishing in the next pass, after agreeing on the new content and flow.
 

The per-pass pricing, on average, up to 40,000 words: 

1st                           $0.05 

2nd                         $0.04 

3rd and beyond    $0.03

†For manuscripts exceeding 40,000 words, pricing is determined individually.

I accept Venmo and Zelle.

Rescheduling requires first cancelling the currently confirmed editing dates, so the Cancellation Policy below applies.  

Since the closer to the Edit Start Date a project is cancelled, the harder it is to schedule another client, the amount refunded is based on a sliding scale:
